I just received my certificate for the place I won in the 2013 Nature’s Best Photography Windland Rice Smith Awards, ending months of intense speculation that my win was a mere dream.

The awards-edition magazine which I received along with it is utterly fabulous, easily emulating BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year standards in content, design and print quality! Much of the work featured is fresh and inspiring, and the presentation is just beautiful. I strongly recommend buying a copy as a worthwhile exercise, for just like the BBC WPOTY Portfolio books, it’s a collectible!
